The test was awesome we ran over 14 miles. That was a fun thing to do because i never ran more then 3 miles three miles at one time. So i did 8 miles at on time. And we did all this other stuff like 50 yard dash and 100 yard dash. i got 9:00 something seconds. The test was a great thing to do. I learned alot. I hope everyone that is still learning all of this stuff will go all the way.

Yesterday my friend sleep over for the night my pool was is up now so we got to swim in it. I think we are trying to make a basketball hoop to put o the side of the pool so we can shot hoops inside it. Now my Cousin came over so I know today is going to be fun.

Good news on nascar today. Dale Jr finished 6th today he is doing a great job yesterday. He is still 3rd in the standings but he has gained alot on the leader so that is very good to hear. The winner did a very good job. He hanged in the the top 5 all day. And at the end it was his game. So I'm glad for him this is his 84th win. He is is 3rd all-time for wins. He is the only one that has that much wins that still races. The puppy is going well she has been playing with her water bowl because she See's herself. She is the cutest dog i have ever had. Today we are trying to get a pool up in are backyard. I hope we will get it done today.

Today is gonna be a fun day. The Nascar race is on today. They are at Pocono so it's the only one that has 3 turns so it's kinda better then oval and road courses. My favorite driver is third in the standings. Second place is one point ahead so he could pass him today. My mom is recovering very well should be better soon. And it's nice outside it's still early but i hope it will warm up.

My mom was at the hospital with my dad. So are couson took us to sleep over at there house. Today i had a pretty good time. I had alot of fun last night. There was so Manny games there so we played mariokart. She has unlocked everything. the only thing she has not unlocked is some of the players. I found out that you can use your mii's if you get done with most of the game. And we also went to Kfc. One of my best food places to go. And we also watch the new movie my baby sitter's a vampire. Today i woke up at 5:30 in the morning i was thinking it was 6:30 but the light is hard to figure out. It was harder for me because i was in the basement. My dog Teela is starting to see my other dog Titan- he a big dog. He is the biggest Shepperd i ever had. I have been working on mastery I'm on the last one. I'm so glad it's summer break because you got the warm air cool breeze and lots of birds fly threw. I saw this finch today it kinda look like a robin. The puppy is so wild it has these sudden rages where she's almost breaks stuff. And the rest of the time she is sleeping. And then are biggest cat that's that's pretty big in size. She's Barks and tries attack and my cat just slap's her so fast after so long she done with him. Right now I'm getting ready for dinner my puppy is right now playing with here toys. I'm so sorry i have not blog. I would not let me log in. Finally it work today. Anyway I got the puppy i was so happy there was just this bond between us luckily i got the full package. She's very playful well trained and looks cool and she's can be a good Alpha. We had a neighbor that's has A son that got his diploma I'm very happy for him. And we also getting ready for a pool. We tried yesterday but we had a little problem. The pool will be done in a couple weeks. I will blog alot more from now on.

On another not i missed everyone last week i was having a problem with my medicine. But I'm felling a little bit better.

This week has been a very long week because of all the stuff we do every day.
Monday: Started my day like usal I woke up at 5:45 to my alarm. I did what I usaly do all day until I came home because that is always different. I got off the bus tired from school like I am every day I go to school. When I got home I was lazy because mondays are always horrid because you just got off from the weekend. I think that on mondays the grownups should get a half day so they do not have to get up early. I think that grownups sould g to work at 10:00a.m. because they work hard all week and not have to get up as early in the morning.
Tuesday: I started the day off the same. when I got home from school I did my home work and then I just goofed around for some time because I knew that I had to go to karate that night. At karate I S.W.A.T.ed for the little dragons for a half an hour. After the little dragons class I did my class and the first thing we did was that we ran the mile I the timer that we were going to use had a spasm and did not realy work. I think that I did my best mile that night. we also did work outs from a sheet that Mister Mucumber gave us and that is what we did for the rest of the class.

The main reason for me not quiting eariler was that I had no good reason to do it. Geting that black belt right now woild be the best thing. A BLACK BELT IS MORE THAN WHAT YOU BECOME IT IS LIFE. Right when I steped on that floor I know what my goal was. At the begining at white belt becoming the black belt was life. although I didn't know it then I know it now. I believe I alrady have my black belt. If I don't get the prof that I am a black belt. All I need to know that I try my hardest every day I'm there.The harder I try the more I know I have I chance to get throught the test. If I don't get my black belt it would be ok because I know it is my life I choose the path to take me this far I need to try even harder to get the prof even thuoght I realy don't need it.

Today was awesome i got a new 18 speed bike its so cool. Anyway i woke up at 6:00 Am when i found out. But i could not ride it till later because i had to go to church. Then I found out it was brand new. I has the best springs on it so it is easy to do tricks. Then i went to my grandma's house i had a great lunch then we shot some hoops that was fun. Then i went home and my friends came over on there bikes it was so cool. Today was the best day ever.

Oh my gosh tonight was awesome! We were doing grabs and it started out with Mr.Zack teaching the normal stuff. But here is the fun part. My instructor starts doing it and i went second it was a huge smack down. He locked my head for 3 minutes then he tried to get on me. I finally got my way out. it was so much fun.

today I stared off ok. my mom woke me up to see the moon but she said that it was just like before when we saw it. then I went back to sleep. To day was the double class we did 20 laps then we did 100 jumping jacks and 100 push ups and 100 crunches. Then we did devil drills that is when you have 5 cons and you start and then touch the line of the cone and then touch the part where you started and then so on.and the we did wheel barrel and it was me and Zach the me and Justin the me and Catharina. the we did leap frog and then we all put our feet on Zach others shoulders and did push ups the first time we did 1 the we tyred again and made it to 2 then we took away Zach and we didn't even do one..

Once you comit your self to doing somthing you will most likely try to acheve these goals and if you do not put 110% into what you are tring to do it is not wouth it. You can capture wind but if you give it a second to escape, it will and all of the wind you captured will be gone. like wind you have to move around because if you stay in one place for to long you wount be able to move as good when you were up and moving around. On my quest to be a black belt I have wanted to quite but I did not because I realy wanted my back belt so I stood in there to where I am today. I have had my ups and downs about the stuff we do at times but I rember that I want to be a black belt. The reason I got into karate was because my mom made me try it out and if I liked it I could do karate but if I did not like karate I did not have to go any farther in the program.

life as being a martial artist is very difficult and if you are not used to it ,it will be hard. when I first started I had a very difficult time doing the stuff because I was not used to it ,but know I am useed to it so it is not as hard to do the stuff know because I know what to do and I have done it for a little over 3years. YEAH!!!! and today at school it was like a usual as all the other day's and then i had P.E we juggled in class and then I had to go to drama club after school annd then took the activity bus and it was like ride a bus.

After I got home from karate. I was going to get a face book and then what happened was i have to be thirteen to be on it then me and my mom talked about lying. I felt like God tapped me on the shoulder- but you know why he did that.. cuz I have Him in my heart and the holy spirit lives in me... I know if that wasn't true I probably could of just lied about it and never cared. I know because of God I am different and I know He will bless me if I am honest even though I am really disappointed and even a little sad... I am still happy at the same time because I did the right thing for God and I learned from White Dragon....HONESTY,Courtesy,Integrity,Perseverance, Self control,indomitable spirit. All of these things I learned even more tonight through this lesson. My parents are proud of me. Thanks!

I'm so tired. I had finals today then went to Wisconsin to get some of my brothers stuff to bring home from college. Now I have to go to karate. Today is very tireing. 2 more days of testing then I'm out on summer vacation!

So today we started practicing our acrobatic kicks. Right now I'm in a little pain but those kicks are hard but still fun. Next week I go to school for 2 more days then I'm on summer vacation. Then it's nothing but karate and soccer. Only thing is that there's going be alot of stuff going on for soccer so my summer is going to be full. And maybe a part time job?

today we had an exam and that went really quick because there was only 3 people. than after that we had d.e.m.o practice and all of the sudden there is only 6 people and everyone that wasnt there today is off the team :(. i hope the team can do alot better than today because it didnt look like we were doing our very best.

hey wat up sparing was a ruffe start i was haveing some bad sharp pan in my stomeck and at school how i am going to mms next year so we went on a tour to mms i seen zach and my cosin it was so fun and cool can't wate till next year

So today I had to do 100 pushups for forgeting my folder at home and do alot of abs and pushups. Then we did some slowkicks that felt good after a while for some reason. This week has been crazy so far and it's not even half way over yet, but that's a whole other story

It was so cool today because these one kids were trying to spin this pool stick around before church and i'm like can i try. then i showed them what i could do and they were blown away. that just made my day.

OH MY GOSH!!!!!!!!! Tonight was such a work out. I thought i was going to die. I usually don't sweat in kardio and well i was dripping sweat tonight. We had to do slow kicks but i didn't mind those. Well maybe just a little. But anyways i got to go bye.
