To day was the double class we did 20 laps then we did 100 jumping jacks and 100 push ups and 100 crunches. Then we did devil drills that is when you have 5 cons and you start and then touch the line of the cone and then touch the part where you started and then so on.and the we did wheel barrel and it was me and Zach the me and Justin the me and Catharina. the we did leap frog and then we all put our feet on Zach others shoulders and did push ups the first time we did 1 the we tyred again and made it to 2 then we took away Zach and we didn't even do one..

TODAY AT SCHOOL IT WAS NORMAL
