hey guys and girls sorry i havnt blogged for a long time but its a new year my resolutions are 1)is im going to lose as much weight as i can. 2)is that i want to be in the full splits with my head down on the floor by the end of 2010. 3)i want to start eating less and more healthy. 4)i would like to have at least a six pack by the end of 2010. 5)i would also like to be more active and join boys travel football this upcoming season but i need to lose some weight b 4 that so im not in heavy weights. 6)i would like to train to be and become a kickboxer. 7)i would love to become a blackbelt this summer when i test im soooo looking forward to that!!!! 8)i would like to become more and more skilled with me kamas also learn alot with bo. 9)i would like to running more often outside and indoors i would like to do at least when i work up to it at least 60 miles of running biking and swimming every week!!!! i know that sounds really serious but i know i can do it with mr.M's help. 10)i would also like to start training with zack on bo,running,flips and things he can do,motovation,power,teaching/helping in classes,sparring/boxing,and anything else i need help with. 11)this gos along with losing weight is that i want to drop pant sizes ,and shirt sizes ,dress sizes. 12)i want to be the girl of every guys dreams six pack, skinny, funny, everything in the package.
well i have more but i need 2 take a shower.
