We got up at 6:00 and ran about 3 miles we had to use our flashlights to run because it was still dark outside. After we ran we eat breakfast and then got ready to do fun things.
It was so cool I got to clime up a telephone pole which was about 30 feet high, and then walked across it and then back. It was cool when we had to go down, they lowered me by a rope. Then I went down the zip line, that was also very high and a lot of fun. We eat supper and after that we watched a DVD about two guys that were learning different types of karate so they could compete against a human weapon.After that we talked and then went to bed to get ready for Sunday
