today creg came to the school and worked out with us it was so exiting because he would start of with simple things like front kick, then step jump front kick, then jump front kick then he would make us work on harder things. after that he showed us a short form that he made.then the class was over he stayed for an hour to work with the black belts. for that hour that he stayed with us he showed us how to do one handed cartwheel,then an areal and more things that were up in the air. after all that we took pictures and left home. i hope he can come back to the school again soon so he show us more. well then bye..
