sorry its has been awhile sometimes we get wrapped up in whats going on we lose track of time. I'm back to full strength again which is great. You really don't know how much miss something until you can't do it. any way not a whole lot going on lately just working alot hours and working around the house. it was greta to be able to participate in class again' going through me combos and forms. I was a little rusty at first but it finally came back to me. I can't wait for the black belt test it's going to be so much fun, at least this time there won't be any snow on the ground. well not much eles to say for except that its great to back again. see you soon good nite
