today we had the rare chance to work out with Craig Henninson and his teammates from sideswipe. unbelievable there were kids my age that were doing backflips. i tried to do a no handed cartwheel, i sort of landed it. the first part of the class was with the lower belts. after they got done doing what the upper belts have to do for their blackbelts it was the conditionals and up turn. it was a lot of fun and i feel very lucky to have worked out with them. i hope we get to work out with them again.
