Hi everyone, today I swated kids sparring class and it went really good. After kids sparring I stayed for s.w.a.t. class and we were taking about several thing about the school and creg comeing over. After all that was over I stayed to spar. I helped Ms.Cristal and Katy (one of our kickboxers) prepare themselves for their fights. And Mr.Christan helped me learn a new form. So that was all I did today so until tomarrow.... bye
