On monday I swated white belt class and it was hot in karate but alot of people showed up for class. I was working with the white belts and Mr. Cristian and Mr. Anthony were swating with me. After white belt class it was demo pratice and i think we have every thing down right for the Lakemoor fest this friday,saturday,and sunday. And saturday night we are going to do God Bless America right before the fire works and this is my 2nd time doing this.when we were done with demo pratice I stayed for kardio class to get a really good work out and i did...so see you later....bye,bye.
