hi every one ,Iwas very busy this week so I coundn't juonral everyday.So on Monday the 20th s.w.a.ted with Haley Luaren snd Grace they learned thier form.After I did my class we parnter up and my panter was Haley and we did all our combs.Then on the Wensday the 22th we spared and it kinda hot.After we did weapons and we did some thing new and it was cool and fun then I had to stay for my sister buy my self and it was borning because she was kickboxing with Ms.Cristal.Then on Thurday the 23rd I went to s.w.a.t with Haley and we workd with Grace and Luaren and they learned more about thier form.After I did my class we did the same thing on Monday but we learned acrobatic comds.Then I coundn't come on Firday because I helping my oldest sis getting ready for my niece's party.So on Saturday morning I went to the test we were sitting down for a long time then we put our pads on and we spared.I'm sorry I coundn't come on Monday because I wasn't home.Well bey see you later!
