well got up at 5:30 again to workout at the gym worked out my back& shoulders. went to work pretty warm again today. had a orange shirt on by 11:00 am it was dark orange whew any way had to work late again seems to be coming a habit. got to class late but watched the stipe class. I felt bad for george and john because they did'nt get thier stripes. I will help them like I told joey and keegan. I helped tyler and keegan with the sticks curriculm their learn fast. well time to get some shuteye it has been a long day see u all tomorrow.
