another day at the office warmday today finished my work at nicor gas went to class tonite. helped joey with his kicks. if he works a little harder on his slow kicks and balance he will no problems at all.assisted wih the white belts we went through their curriculm and explained the word of the belt. started praticing for the show. haven't got my musical form yet its still work in progress will see what happens. anyway goodnite and godspeed.
