hi everybody, I would just like to say I read Mrs. McCumber's long journal entry and that it definitely sounds like someone who wants her 2nd degree black belt. Go Mrs. McCumber...I hope you get your 2nd degree.

now that my mom is done writing stuff, I will tell about my day. First, I got my haircut (boo hiss). Then we went and played frisbee golf which we had so much fun and had to leave to get ready for karate.

Sparring tonight was fun. I had some good apponents. I also got bopped in the face like 8x's (by Liz). What was really fun was practicing the jump kicks. I really hurt my back but I still tried really hard. Mr. Jerry helped me stretch and relax it (thank you mr. Jerry). One thing I want to start working on is the bo staff. Hopefully the new conditional black belts will be able to do that. I would like to do this for the next show. Well goodnight......Thank you for anybody that helped me tonight with my kicks.
